A gaming laptop is one of the biggest tech purchases most Pakistani buyers make, and prices swing with the dollar rate. This guide lists current gaming laptops in Pakistan by graphics card, with the prices we found, and explains what each level of card can handle. Specs are as listed by the shops. We did not test these laptops ourselves.

All prices checked 13 October 2026 at large retailers and a price comparison site (see Sources). Where we found one price, it is shown as "about". Versions differ in RAM and storage.
What each graphics card level means
- RTX 5050 and RTX 4050: entry level. Good for popular online games and many newer games at 1080p with medium settings. The best value for students who also game.
- RTX 5060: the sweet spot for most gamers. Higher settings in newer games at 1080p, and more headroom for the next few years.
- RTX 5070 Ti and above: for high settings at higher resolutions, streaming and heavy creative work. Expensive and usually heavy.
The processor matters too. Laptop chips ending in HX are built for performance and suit gaming and video editing well.
Things to check before you buy
- The exact graphics card and its memory. "RTX laptop" in a listing could mean anything from an older card to the newest. Confirm the model number, such as RTX 5050 or RTX 5060.
- RAM. 16GB is the minimum we suggest for gaming. Ask if there is a free slot to add more later.
- Storage. Games are large. 512GB fills quickly, so 1TB is better, or plan for a second SSD.
- Screen refresh rate. Gaming laptops often have screens faster than 60Hz. Ask for the figure, and check it in Windows display settings.
- Cooling and noise. Gaming laptops get hot and loud under load. Try one in the shop if you can.
- Warranty. Ask whether it is a local brand warranty, a shop warranty, or an imported unit with none. This is often why one shop is much cheaper.
- Power. Gaming laptops use big chargers. In areas with load-shedding, think about how you will run it on a UPS.
The brands at a glance
All of these brands sell gaming laptops at several price points. The names below help you tell the budget lines from the premium ones in a shop:
| Brand | Budget gaming line | Higher-end line |
|---|---|---|
| Acer | Nitro | Predator |
| HP | Victus | OMEN |
| Lenovo | LOQ | Legion |
| Asus | TUF Gaming | ROG |
| MSI | Katana | other MSI gaming lines |

The budget lines usually save money on the case, the screen and the cooling, not only on the graphics card. Two laptops with the same RTX card can perform differently if one runs hotter. If you can, read a few owner reviews of the exact model before you decide.
New or used gaming laptop?
Used gaming laptops are common, because gamers upgrade often. They can be good value, but they are worked harder than office laptops. If you buy used:
- Check temperatures and fan noise while a game runs for 15 minutes.
- Check the battery, which wears faster in gaming laptops. On Windows, run powercfg /batteryreport.
- Make sure the graphics card is detected in Device Manager, and that its name matches the listing.
- Ask why it is being sold, and for the original box and charger.

Gaming laptop or PS5?
A PS5 Slim costs about Rs 234,999 to Rs 258,000 in Pakistan, less than any gaming laptop on this list. A laptop costs more, but it is also a study and work computer, and PC games often go on deep sale. If you only want to play on a TV, see our PS5 price guide. If you also need a laptop for university or work, a gaming laptop can cover both.
Paying for it
Many retailers accept credit card instalment plans, some at 0% markup with a processing fee. Work out the full cost first with our guide to buying electronics on installments. For non-gaming laptops at every budget, see laptop price in Pakistan.
