Rs 30,000 is the budget where you stop making big compromises. Phones in this range have 5,000mAh or bigger batteries, 90Hz or 120Hz screens and enough storage for WhatsApp, YouTube and a few games. This list is based on the specs each brand publishes and on prices from Pakistani shops and brand websites. We did not test these phones ourselves.

Prices checked 13 October 2026, lowest to highest seen across brand sites and Pakistani shops (see Sources). Some listings were out of stock, and prices differ by memory version. The SPARK 40C's upper price is just over Rs 30,000 at one shop.
1. TECNO SPARK 40C: best overall
Price: about Rs 29,999 to Rs 32,999
TECNO lists:
- MediaTek Helio G81 chip
- 6.67-inch screen at 120Hz
- 13MP rear camera, 8MP front camera
- 6,000mAh battery with 18W charging
- 128GB or 256GB storage, with RAM that includes extended RAM
Why it is first: it has the biggest battery and the smoothest screen on this list, plus 128GB storage. That combination matters more than camera megapixels for most people at this price.
Watch out for: one listing we checked was out of stock, and its price there was above Rs 30,000. Shop around, and do not pay much more than Rs 30,000.
2. realme Note 60: best from an official price
Price: from Rs 26,999 on realme's site, Rs 26,899 to Rs 27,999 at shops
realme lists:
- Unisoc T612 chip
- 6.74-inch HD+ screen at 90Hz
- 32MP rear camera, 5MP front camera
- 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging
- 4GB RAM, 64GB or 128GB storage
Why it is here: the 32MP camera is the highest on this list, and realme publishes the price itself, so you can tell if a shop is overcharging. Choose the 128GB version.
Watch out for: 10W charging is slow. A full charge takes a long time, so charge overnight.
3. itel A100C: best value with 128GB
Price: about Rs 28,999 to Rs 30,999
itel lists:
- Unisoc T7100 chip
- 6.6-inch IPS LCD at 90Hz
- 8MP rear camera, 5MP front camera
- 5,000mAh battery
- 64GB or 128GB storage, with RAM figures that include virtual RAM
Why it is here: a sensible all-rounder at a low price.
Watch out for: the camera is basic. itel's RAM numbers include virtual RAM, and one shop listed the 128GB version with 3GB of RAM. Ask for the real RAM before you buy.
4. realme Note 50: cheap with a decent camera
Price: about Rs 23,499 to Rs 24,999
realme lists a 6.74-inch 90Hz screen, a 13MP rear camera, a 5MP front camera, a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging, and 64GB or 128GB storage.
Why it is here: it costs several thousand rupees less than the Note 60 and keeps the same screen and battery size.
Watch out for: the one shop listing we checked was out of stock. realme does not name the chip on its spec page.
5. Infinix SMART 10 HD: best selfie camera for the money
Price: about Rs 23,499 to Rs 24,999
Infinix lists 4GB RAM (including 2GB extended), 64GB storage, a 6.6-inch 90Hz HD+ screen, a 13MP rear camera, an 8MP front camera and a 5,000mAh battery.
Why it is here: the 8MP front camera is better than most phones at this price for video calls.
Watch out for: only 64GB storage, and part of the 4GB RAM is extended RAM.
6. realme Note 60x: the cheapest
Price: Rs 20,999 on realme's site, up to Rs 29,499 at one shop
realme lists a Unisoc T612 chip, a 6.74-inch 90Hz screen, up to 64GB storage and a 5,000mAh battery.
Why it is here: it is the cheapest new smartphone from a main brand that we found. Buy it from realme's site or at a price close to Rs 20,999, because one shop listed it for much more.
Watch out for: 64GB storage at most, so it suits light users.
Mobile price in Pakistan 20000 to 30000: what to expect
- Batteries are 5,000mAh or bigger, which lasts a full day for most people.
- Screens are HD+, not Full HD, at 90Hz or 120Hz.
- Charging is slow on most phones here, from 10W to 18W.
- Cameras are fine in daylight, weaker in low light.
- Samsung, vivo and OPPO mostly start above Rs 30,000 now. The cheapest Galaxy A07 was about Rs 37,295 when we checked.
How to choose
- Storage first. Pick 128GB if you can. 64GB fills up quickly.
- Battery and screen next. A 6,000mAh battery or a 120Hz screen makes a bigger daily difference than a higher megapixel camera.
- Real RAM. Ignore "extended", "virtual" or "dynamic" RAM. Ask for the physical RAM.
- PTA approval. Dial *#06# and check the IMEI by SMS to 8484 or on dirbs.pta.gov.pk. See how to check PTA status by IMEI.
- Warranty card. Buy from a shop that gives one.
Can you spend a little more?
